Tax Masters

I think the final piece of the puzzle is in on Patrick Cox and TaxMasters. Douglas Weaver sends an update of his complaint which I include here in its entirety:
In a message dated 1/7/2008 4:41:03 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, alex.clamon@txmstr.com writes:
Mr. Weaver-I will get this to my counterpart in the tax operations side of our business. I will follow up in a day to be sure you have been contacted.

I have not been contacted, Mr. Clamon, nor have my phone calls been returned. I’m taking the incorrect 2004 return to H&R Block next week. Tell your “counterpart in the tax operations side” of your business I will see him or her in court.
As you were the only person to respond to my correspondence, I will do you the favor of suggesting you begin distributing your resume’……… TaxMasters is obviously a fraudulent operation which will be uncovered and out of business soon.
Best Regards,
Douglas Weaver
Since I have become convinced that TaxMasters is a scam I will go on ahead and say what I would do if I were Douglass Weaver. Yes, I would sue TaxMasters but I would also file a complaint with the District Attorney. And I would file a complaint with the US Attorney since TaxMasters was/is conducting business nationwide over the telephone and through the post, thus making any scam a federal offense. Then I would contact D&B about the suspicious D&B listing on the TaxMaster site and I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If any one still has a professional certification over at TaxMasters I would file a complaint against each and every one with the appropriate certifying board. I would contact Wayne Dolcifino and channel a complaint to Marvin Zindler.
And that’s just off the top of my head.
Depending on the depths of my desperation, I might even go cause violence to be committed against the fat bastard himself.
