More Bernie Ward

I have no idea what Bernie Ward is up to but he sure acts suspicious at times. Seems he violated his electronic monitoring and then lied about his whereabouts.

During a subsequent court hearing, Ward admitted the monitoring violation and acknowledged giving “false information to Pretrial Services regarding his whereabouts” when first confronted by federal agents.
So where the fuck was he? “The Document” (at the link) doesn’t say. Ward was strongly admonished. I guess if you don’t get caught, it’s no big deal. I think he should have to pay for everyone’s time and expense. Someone besides me should have to pay.
I’m still not clear. Did Bernie Ward actually do anything to hurt someone one? Maybe he should have been “strongly admonished” about the photos and sent on his way? No? Of course not.
I wonder if this is just some kind of a publicity case or something?
