Sick of race and gender politics

——————————-

Everything lately is pissing me off. Everything I read is making me acutely angry. Things that would normally trigger an eye roll are now inducing thoughts of mayhem. When I get like this there is almost no sense in trying to blog as everything is so fucking stupid it doesn’t even rate discussion. And I tend to cuss a lot.

For example, take this article about a website for Stuff White People Like:

To date, there have been 14 million hits, reflecting the nation’s current obsession with race and gender, too. For confirmation, check out the comments and speeches by presidential candidates Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton just this past week.

No ya stupid fucks, the nation doesn’t have an obsession with race. Politicians playing racial and gender identity games does not equal a national obsession with race and gender except for amongst the racists and politicians. Personally, except for pockets of resistance in the backwards-assed rural areas, especially in the south, I believe racism as an institution amongst the common people is a figment of the imagination, though I can not speak for the rich elite liberals. The rich liberal elites seem to be the last bastion of organized racism.

Today the institution of racism is driven by the neo-racists as a vehicle to move an agenda; a whipping post for the politically incorrect. The extent to which any obsession at all exists about race and gender it is due primarily to our immoral and agenda-driven so-called leaders and the main stream media fanning the flames for their own benefit. And that my friends pisses me the fuck off.

I’m sick of it. I am sick of stuff being okay for black people to do but racist if white people do the same thing, like saying the word “nigger” for one example. Take Ebony Mart in Lake Jackson for another example. My brother commented the other night during the basketball game that he was going to see about opening an Ivory Mart: All Kinds of Neat Stuff for White People in the same strip center and see who would complain about it being racist. Is there any doubt whether someone would complain? Do you think Lake Jackson would even allow it?

I hate to have to say this but since no one else will: I don’t care what anybody says, a white person saying the word “nigger” does not automatically make that person a racist. The word is merely a derogative towards a person who is black, similar to other ethnic derogatives such as white trash, cracker, chink, spic, gook, dago, greaseball, slant-eye, beaner, wop, coon, coon-ass, jap, etc, etc. Face it, everybody is going to be called something; it’s human nature. This is not my opinion; the literature proves it. If one group manages to outlaw a certain racial epithet another will simply pop up in it’s place.

Dragging a black man from his home and hanging him from a tree, now that is racist. Hiring a retarded white guy over a qualified black guy is racist. Hiring a retarded black guy over a qualified white guy is racist. Refusing to let your kids associate with minorities for no reason other than that they are a different color is racist. Addressing every issue of the day based on whether it is good for blacks, or good for Latinos, or good for any racial group as opposed to whether it is good for everyone is racist. Louis Farrakhan, Jessie Jackson, Al Sharpton, Michelle Obama and those like them who see every single thing through black and white colored glasses are today’s racists. They are the neo-racists.

When someone can label me as a racist based on the utterance of a single word regardless of what I really think about race or how I actually act towards my fellow man, there is a serious problem in our culture. Under certain leadership I reckon it could get out of control.

I tell you what, nothing makes me want to say the word nigger more than someone telling me I can’t say it. In the name of throwing off the yoke of the neo-racists and their politically correct supporters, everyone should go out and call someone a nigger today. To no one in particular and most importantly not out of anger, and not out of racial prejudice, but in the name of freedom, equality, and liberty. If you are so PC that you simply can not bring yourself to say nigger, start out with a spic or coon-ass and work your way up.

Sick of green

According to the byline, William La Jeunesse contributed to this FoxNews story:

A Michigan congressman wants to put a 50-cent tax on every gallon of gasoline to try to cut back on Americans’ consumption.Polls show that a majority of Americans support policies that would reduce greenhouse gases. But when it comes to paying for it, it’s a different story.

Yeah, Americans would be paying, but not paying to fix greenhouse gases. Conflating America’s unwillingness to cut their throats pay more for a gallon of gas — which already consists of a significant proportion of local, state, and federal taxes — with America’s alleged desire to cut greenhouse gas is disingenuous at best but smacks of biased, agenda-driven drivel.

Some environmentalists and economists say pain at the pump may be bad for Americans, but good medicine for a sick planet.

Ahem. I did not know the planet was sick. Just because fragile humans can’t hack a few degrees increase in global temperatures does not mean the fucking planet is sick. And by the way, which environmentalists and economists are making such comments or is this one of the cases where everyone already knows this to be fact so citing a reference isn’t necessary?

Got to hand it Starbucks, they’ve had a hell of a run… but I think the party is over. Starbucks is a classic example of failure to heed the ultmate advice: KISS. Keep It Simple Stupid. The best thing that happened to them is that somebody has had the sense to slow down with the Starbucks coffee machines. What a stupid idea for an operation that already has fancy stores on ten inch centers, to the point where you can see another Starbucks store while sitting in a Starbucks store.

Can’t say that I’ve ever been in a Starbucks. I don’t go for fads very often. And lets face it, fancy, expensive, gourmet coffee is a fad.
